1. Can you show us how you pitch Evivve to a potential client?

TO DO: We're working on it.

2. In the instructions, you mentioned giving credit to Evivve - The Leadership Game.  Can you provide visual samples of this? For example, if I do a social media post, can I just add the Evivve logo to the graphic and have that be enough? Do I need to have it in the description of the post?  On any PowerPoints that I create - do I put the words/logo on each slide?

Take a look at the PR Guidelines Document to get an idea of how to write about Evivve

3. Can you record a video of using the Create Program?

TO DO: We're working on it.

4.  For in-person - what is the experience like? What is different than the online version? Do you charge more for it? What, on average, do you charge? What is needed to run an in-person game?

Take a look at what the experience might feel like in an in-person game. You can expect 500x energy and engagement in an in-person session.

We do charge more for it. When we deliver learning experiences for our direct clients/customers, we charge in the following range:

Virtual (up to 4 hours): $500-$1000 per session

Physical (up to 8 hours): $2000-$3000 per day

5. For in-person, do you cap the number of participants? If so, to what?

Yes we do. Up to 20.

6. For training groups larger than ten virtually, how do you handle training companies with dozens of employees? Do you create multiple games with multiple facilitators? Can you daisy chain the online game? Meaning can we have 50 people going through the same training at the same time as long as multiple facilitators are running it?

Yes, each facilitator manages a group of 10. When there are cohorts bigger than 10, we split them into batches of 10 which are typically experiencing Evivve at the same time. We also ensure to facilitate a common debrief in such cases so that the learning is shared across all groups.

7. In your experience, how long is a one-game, two-game, and three-game experience?

Typically, in a virtual environment, we deliver a single full game after the teaching round in about 3-4 hours. You can chain each instance of this up to 3 times to facilitate a learning journey.

In a physical session, we deliver up to two game rounds (excluding the teaching round) in a single day for the same group of people. Any more than that becomes exhausting. In two-day program, we typically deliver 2 rounds on day 1 and a last round on day 2. It's also important to note that, players will improve their skill in the game over rounds therefore: Easy, Medium and Hard settings are designed to help you facilitate a game experience that challenges learners.

8. You have a form to sign up people for the demo - can we use it (verbatim)? If we must modify it, what portion? Do we need to add the Learning Gamitar or do we substitute for our own company?

You can use all of it and you don't need to credit us. Here's the form: https://share.hsforms.com/1SdR_7NNfQM6BOTfINjXksg47ybq

9. Do you have any printed reviews we can use?

You can use all the reviews/feedback from the Cred Deck. Feel free to use written versions of it as well.

10. Do you have any social media posts that are general to selling the service?

In our experience, you will not make a sale using social media. Use social media to promote what you're doing with Evivve only. To actually sell the service, you'll need to connect with your client's specific needs. Use Evivve to solve that problem. Listen to Dr. Hari Narayanan talk about solving problems in the this Case Study. Read about implementing 4 Disciplines of Execution in this Case Study.

11. On the slide deck, it mentions a number of companies that have trained/used Evivve - are they US based? When did Evivve start? Did you deploy all those? I just want to make sure if I'm questioned by anyone regarding the company names, I can answer their questions.

Evivve was first launched in 2016. We delivered our first game for Motorola Solutions Inc. in Singapore which had participants from all parts of the world. Many of the companies mentioned in the Cred Deck are headquartered in the US but the teams we worked with may not have been. Evivve has been delivered across countries like: United States, Argentina, United Kingdom, Canada, India, Malaysia, Singapore, South Africa, China, UAE and many more.

12.  Can we get some graphics to use on our social post and/or landing page of the Evivve cover art on the website? Are we able to grab stills of the game and use them for advertising?

You are welcome to grab stills of the game from the platform. You can also use material from the Marketing Folder here

13. You sent me a great LinkedIn message (red/blue pill), can I copy that?

This is what we call a gamified invitation. It's a true testament to the idea that "anything can be gamified". Here's the transcript to help you
